CANCELATION |

We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel in advance you may be charged 50% of your service price for missing the apppointment
If you no-show the day of your appointment you may be subject to a 100% charge for the missed service. If you are late or no-show three times the service provider can choose the option to longer take you as a client. |
RETURNS |

All products can be returned for store credit within 30 days if it is in its original packaging and unused
Product that is found faulty will be replaced with the same product as long as it is in its original condition. If not in its original condition a partial refund for store credit may be applicable after review. If you are unsure if you will like a product, we have one of each product in the salon which you are more than welcome to try before purchasing. |

CHILDREN |
|
Children are always welcome in our salon however our service providers do require your attention during your appointment so we ask that all children are supervised by another adult at all times while in the salon, this is for their own safety as there are is lots of sharp instruments and highly dangerous chemicals at hands reach.
For the experience of other clients, we ask that all hand held games and movie players are used with headphones and that children remain out of the back processing area. Our clients come to Vero & Co for a pleasant experience, to chat with their service provider and enjoy their service, loud noises can distract from their relaxing experience. |

PETS |

We love our furry friends and we agree that yes they are your family, however unless they are a service animal we ask that you please do not bring your pets into the salon. We have clients that have severe allergies and or fears of animals. As well as the possibility of your pet coming into contact with a harmful chemical it is just best to keep them at home.
ENTOURAGE |

It’s great to have moral support from friends and family when getting a big change, however extra people in the salon can be extremely distracting to other customers and service providers. The service area is a tight space and additional people can make it chaotic. Most clients come to relax while getting their services done, unfortunately loud noises and distractions can take away from their experience at Vero & Co. If you are bringing any additional people to the salon we ask that they remain at the front waiting area.
